Build the experience. Connect the capabilities.

A route to financial services that complement your product, with an explicit relationship between your platform, the customer and the service provider.

A better product needs more than one connection.

A finance product may need accounts, payments, foreign exchange and supporting records to work together. Each individual integration can solve a feature while leaving the complete customer journey fragmented.

SUPA’s direction is a connected service environment: software interfaces supported by institutional relationships, operational context and traceable instructions. The aim is to make financial capabilities work together inside useful products.

For FinTechs & platforms

Match services to the actual customer journey.

We begin with who your customers are and what your platform enables them to do. A business management platform, a financial institution and an AI-led service have different obligations and different integration needs.

Available services are selected around that context. A single commercial discussion does not imply unrestricted access to every provider or jurisdiction; the scope and responsibilities are established during onboarding.

03 / For FinTechs & platforms

Connect automation to accountability.

For platforms introducing AI, an additional layer of authority is essential. The software must act for a known principal and within the permissions given to it.

SUPA brings the agent and institutional perspectives together. Your platform can create a useful experience while the underlying service retains clear ownership, controls and an understandable record of what happened.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE PERSPECTIVE

One customer journey, with the roles made clear.

A business platform wants financial services to feel connected to the work its customers already do. That can involve several roles: the platform provides the experience, the business supplies the instruction and the financial provider delivers the regulated capability. A useful integration keeps these roles aligned instead of leaving the user to connect separate processes.

SUPA’s direction is to bring business context, service access and operational records into that journey. If the platform also uses agents, their authority becomes another explicit part of the design. Start with the service your customer actually needs and the responsibility your platform is prepared to take. We can then assess the available interface and the additional provider relationships or controls required for the proposed experience.

A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is this only for licensed financial institutions?

The appropriate role depends on your platform and proposed service. We distinguish software integration from institutional financial-service participation.

Can we keep our own product interface?

The integration is intended to support useful product experiences. Branding, service presentation and responsibilities are agreed for the specific arrangement.

Does one integration include every financial product?

No. The enabled products, markets and operations are defined for your customer journey and provider relationships.
